1. Who we are
RothTaxPlanner is operated by EZAccessPR LLC ("we," "us"), an Arizona limited liability company. These Terms govern your access to and use of RothTaxPlanner (the "Tool") at rothtaxplanner.com.
2. What RothTaxPlanner is — and isn't
RothTaxPlanner is an educational modeling tool for comparing retirement withdrawal and Roth conversion strategies. It is not tax, legal, investment, or financial advice, and does not create any advisory or fiduciary relationship. All figures are estimates based on assumptions you enter and simplified tax rules; you're responsible for verifying results with a licensed CPA, CFP, or tax professional before acting on them.
3. Purchase and access
Access to the Tool is sold as a one-time purchase. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Tool for your own household's or clients' planning purposes (if you're a financial professional); it does not grant rights to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share your access link publicly.
4. Payment processing
All payments are processed by Stripe. EZAccessPR LLC is the seller of record; where we're required to collect sales tax, it's calculated and collected automatically via Stripe Tax at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. Billing questions may also be subject to Stripe's own terms.
5. Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If the Tool isn't useful to you, email hello@rothtaxplanner.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds requested after that window are considered at our discretion.
6. No warranty
The Tool is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Tax laws, brackets, and Medicare thresholds change; while key figures are editable within the Tool, we don't guarantee they reflect the current year unless you've verified and updated them yourself.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZAccessPR LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including financial loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Tool. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for access.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to circumvent access restrictions on the Tool, or use it to build a competing product.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or the Tool itself over time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
